Role & responsibilities
1. Implementation and Sustenance of Integrated Management System including Internal + External Audits
2. Lead Customer audits including co-ordination and timely response on NCRs, Observations, etc.
3. Drive data analysis and fact-based improvement initiatives.
4. Interact with Global Teams on topics related to Quality Assurance, continuous improvement and Customer satisfaction.
5. Perform process audit to identify the process compliance /gaps and drive no fault forward culture.
6. Build Quality Assurance culture by training the teams on IMS, document management, root cause analysis, problem solving etc.
7. Drive Customer satisfaction including customer feedback/complaint analysis within the Organization.
8. Build Quality Assurance culture by training the teams on IMS, root cause analysis, problem solving etc.
9. Analysis of Non-conformance / Cost of Poor Quality and drive corrective & prevantive action.
Maintain and control of document management system.
