Deputy Manager-FRM

1. Assist in detecting and analysing fraud related patterns through real time monitoring of the transaction.

2. Candidate must be strong analytical skill to observe & identify latest fraud trend (Modus operandi) & how to prevent it.

3. Should be aware about role & function of Banking Ombudsman.

4. Coordination with internal stakeholders and third parties for dispute management.

5. Should be aware about the Customer protection policy Issued by RBI.

6. Candidate should be aware about the National cyber-crime reporting portal/LEA/Cyber safe and other regulatory authority.

7. Knowledge of NPCI & its related Pannels.

8. Should be aware about process of making Board Note/Monthly Certificates.

9. Proficiency in writing skills for preparation of board notes like(ACB/FRC/QRC).

10. Candidate should aware about Payment fraud report & its reporting panel (EDSP/DAKSH)

11. Knowledge of Fraud Monitoring Returns like (FMR-1/FMR-3/ FMR-4/RFA).
