Sr. Manager - Training & Development

Job Overview:

Sugam Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager - Training & Development to lead our organizations training initiatives across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs, along with a flair for engaging audiences and creating impactful learning experiences. This role demands a strategic thinker who can align training objectives with organizational goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Training Design & Delivery:

• Develop and implement functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs.
• Design comprehensive, customized training plans that address organizational skill gaps and strategic goals.
• Administer engaging and interactive training sessions using diverse methodologies, including in-person and virtual platforms.

2. Leadership & Audience Engagement:

• Implement leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees and build future leaders.
• Utilize strong audience-pull skills to captivate participants and ensure high engagement during training sessions.
• Foster an environment that encourages active participation, knowledge sharing, and practical application of learning.

3. Content Development & Management:

• Develop and manage training content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Regularly update training materials to reflect industry trends and organizational changes
• Maintain a repository of training manuals, presentations, and other resources for easy accessibility.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, delivering targeted training solutions that drive performance.

5. Program Management:

• Plan, schedule, and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource utilization
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest training methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance learning delivery.

7. Reporting & Metrics:

• Track and analyze training outcomes, providing detailed reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years in Training & Development, with a proven track record of delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs.
• Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.

• Key Skills:
• Strong audience engagement and facilitation skills.
• Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.
