Procurement Executive

• We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee procurement operations across multiple locations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Oversee and manage procurement activities across multiple locations, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing of required materials.
• Vendor Development & Management: Identify and onboard new vendors that meet quality benchmarks and offer competitive pricing while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Industry-Specific Procurement: Preferably experienced in sourcing PP Woven Bags, FIBC, Chemicals, Minerals, Factory Spare Parts, and Raw Materials to support production and operational needs.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with production managers to assess material requirements, accounts teams for payment approvals, and inventory teams for stock management and just-in-time procurement.
• Cost Optimization & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, maintain accurate documentation, and conduct quality checks to comply with industry standards and company regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor relations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage procurement across multiple locations and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in packaging, chemicals, minerals, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
