Procurement Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Procurement Executive to oversee procurement operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management: Oversee and manage procurement activities across multiple locations, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing of required materials.

Vendor Development & Management: Identify and onboard new vendors that meet quality benchmarks and offer competitive pricing while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.

Industry-Specific Procurement: Preferably experienced in sourcing PP Woven Bags, FIBC, Chemicals, Minerals, Factory Spare Parts, and Raw Materials to support production and operational needs.

Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with production managers to assess material requirements, accounts teams for payment approvals, and inventory teams for stock management and just-in-time procurement.

Cost Optimization & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, maintain accurate documentation, and conduct quality checks to comply with industry standards and company regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor relations.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage procurement across multiple locations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in packaging, chemicals, minerals, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
