Role Overview:
As a TAG Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs.

Provide regular updates on hiring progress and metrics to stakeholders.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements effectively.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in niche hiring and executive search.
