Sr. Manager/ AVP - TAG Group

Role Overview:
As a TAG Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  

Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
  
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
  

Provide regular updates on hiring progress and metrics to stakeholders.

Employer Branding:

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
  
• Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
  

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  

Compliance and Policies:

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
