Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute CMMI and ISO certification audits, ensuring compliance with international quality standards and organizational requirements.
• Conduct internal delivery audits and support function audits to assess adherence to processes, risk management, and improvement areas.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to integrate process improvements and align quality standards within technical projects.
• Oversee risk management strategies, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within projects and across functions.
• Evaluate and refine project estimation methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project planning and resource allocation.
• Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC models to review and improve development processes.
• Utilize statistical analysis to assess process performance, identify trends, and guide decision-making for continuous improvement.
• Work as an ATM (Appraisal Team Member), leveraging ATM certification to add value in CMMI appraisals and process assessments.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that contribute to the achievement of organizational quality objectives.
• Collaborate with teams on SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) activities, providing hands-on support to embed best practices within the organization.
• Regularly report audit findings, risks, and process improvement recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Certified in CMMI ATM; ISO certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices, SDLC, and quality management frameworks.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis for process evaluation.
