Hiring For Quality Manager - Revenue Cycle Management - Oncospark

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying quality gaps and training requirements, driving improvements in operations, quality, consistency, and compliance of processes.
• Experienced in quality management/ process improvement/ training.
• Establish, track and report on process/ productivity metrics / efficiencies to deliver and exceed on SLA / business expectations.
• Partner with Operations to jointly identify, prioritize and weed out operational issues / process defects leading to improvement / enhancement in quality / productivity.
• Assist and support other productivity enhancement measures that may be undertaken by other departments through appropriate deployment of trained six sigma / quality resources to guide and steer such initiatives.
• Identification of the key improvement projects & successful completion of the same.
• Refresher Training setup and standardization.
• Responsibility to drive technology-based business strategies to improve processes and products

Experience and skills:

• 8-13+ years working/managing US Healthcare Quality function in the current role

• Experience managing healthcare-related projects and familiarity with healthcare provider industry.

• Demonstrated performance improvement and process improvement skills and knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and PDCA

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Certified Lean & 6 Black Belt Sigma professional
