Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct risk assessments across telecom functions such as sales, marketing, customer experience, networks, and business assurance.
✅ Prepare risk and control matrices to identify fraud and revenue leakages using advanced data analytics.
✅ Design and implement controls across sales, marketing, and network functions to minimize potential leakage, customer dissatisfaction, and regulatory non-compliance.
✅ Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing analytics, identifying significant gaps and recommending controls.
✅ Lead major transformations, including BSS migrations, ERP systems, and CRM system implementations across geographies.
✅ Build and deploy marketing and business intelligence strategies for customer segmentation, churn prediction, and subscriber revenue optimization.
✅ Oversee reconciliation procedures and automated report generation using tools like Python, SOAP, REST, and MML protocols.
✅ Monitor fraud activities, manage chargebacks, and identify potential fraud in prepaid/postpaid telecom systems.
✅ Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders, draft incident reports, and deliver strategic recommendations.
✅ Mentor and manage teams while ensuring quality checks on reports, fraud activity monitoring, and business operations.
Skills and Expertise
🔹 Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS environments, IT infrastructure, and telecom fraud trends.
🔹 Advanced data analytics skills for fraud detection, process design, and marketing strategies.
🔹 Experience in business transformations, including BSS migrations, 5G controls, and CRM systems.
🔹 Technical proficiency in tools like Python and protocols such as SOAP, REST, and MML.
🔹 Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
