to the interns, fostering a culture centred on a high degree of individual ownership.
Our team of 100+ people come from varied backgrounds architects, interior designers, engineers, even graphic and textile designers. Working in a highly collaborative setting, teams operate as mini-studios within the larger studio.
Democracy and transparency are key to our design process. Together, we aim to craft benchmark solutions that address societys changing ways of living and working.
Role Description
Associate will assist in the design process, deliver technical solutions, and communicate with clients and stakeholders. They will contribute to project development under the supervision of the Group Lead and play an integral role in ensuring the completion of projects per the firms standards. Must be a custodian of organization values, management of systems and processes and hence participate in organization s higher performance.
Requirements Skill-sets and Knowledge
Build and develop the narrative identified during brainstorming sessions.
Familiar with project contracts and manage Project P&L and collections.
Oversee project delivery post-CDP/DD without the guidance of a Group Leader.
Design, compile, and present to clients, including detailed spatial sketches.
Resolve on-site issues effectively and problem-solve as needed.
Conduct quality control by identifying errors in team members work and providing guidance for rectification.
Ensure end-to-end project delivery by consistently meeting deadlines.
Set clear expectations for team members and hold them accountable for results.
Demonstrate self-awareness and responsibility for personal actions and outcomes.
Foster an inclusive team environment by showing empathy and creating a safe space for others.
Plan efficient project delivery to meet profitability goals and manage site visits independently.
