Job Description
The Documentation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization cataloging and control of all studio
documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards. The role requires setting up efficient
documentation systems, managing document workflows with external vendors, and maintaining timely submissions. You
will work within agreed timelines to create a knowledge management platform that supports design processes and
collaboration within the studio.
You will act as the custodian of all studio documentation systems and contribute to enhancing the organization s
efficiency in document management.

5. Standard Shop Drawings
8. 3D SketchUp & Revit Files
9. Document Cataloging & Control
Ability to Catalog the Documents
1. Develop a Document Master Log
2. Develop a File management System
3. Develop a document submittal system & Timeline
4. Develop a Document Master Log
Devise a Document Control Mechanism
Develop a Document submittal workflow with a third-party vendor partner
Strong Project Governance & administrative Skills
Work within an agreed timeframe to develop an internal knowledge Management Platform for knowledge workers
1. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
