Job Description
Project Designer will be responsible for translating design briefs into compelling presentations, managing stakeholder
relationships, and ensuring on-time delivery of both small and large-scale projects. Must be a custodian of organization
culture & values, custodian of studio s systems and processes and thus become a contributor towards organization s
Requirements Skill-sets and Knowledge
Ability to understand the design brief and build on the narrative/larger idea. Actively sketches to communicate ideas.
Ability to compile and improve presentation methodology and present to clients when needed.
Establishes relationships with vendors and works with them to resolve issues and achieve project outcomes.
Manages the on-time delivery of multiple projects, delegates work, oversees design decisions, and ensures internal and
external coordination for project closures.
Builds consensus among internal stakeholders, removes bottlenecks, aligns actions for successful outcomes, and is
responsible for all communication with clients and stakeholders.
Plans effectively for 6-7 months, considering all stakeholders, to ensure project delivery through all stages. Can
manage 50% site visits independently and integrate site inputs into planning. Can plan for 2-3 people in the short term
Self-motivated, takes the lead, and inspires the team to perform effectively.
