MAIN ASSIGNMENTS :
- He will be a key player in meeting STT GDC India's ambitious expansion.
- He will be work closely with Design, Procurement, Finance and Project to ensure that timely order release of all required material/services while complying with internal processes.
- He will also work closely with Project & Delivery team to ensure smooth internal work-flow management for processing invoices, vendor payment, capitalization communication to Finance etc.
These include:
- WBS provisioning and raising PR
- Track of PR approval process till ordering
- Checking bills raised by the contractor this includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates with PO.
- Packages wise verification, identifying extra items, reconciling material statements and maintaining billing records.
- Verification of Works Measurements as per signed WIR by Site Engineer.
- Certificate of Payment (CoP) for the Projects on Monthly basis.
- Periodic reconciliation of billing with estimated quantities fortnightly.
- Analysis of Qty & cost variation claims by contractors and closing of the same as per PO terms
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender and Maintaining all documentation as per audit compliance
- Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
- Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the Contractors as per contract/PO term
- He will closely track budget, cashflows and report on any deviations.
- He will also be responsible for close tracking of all change-requests being raised by OEM/Contractors and Partners and ensuring that they follow requisite approval process in system.
- He/she will work with diverse individuals and groups within and outside the organization and Monitor program activities to ensure all KPI are on track
- Responsible for overall Order management including Coordination, Risk Management, Timely escalation and Risk Control,
- Reporting to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the program, as well as compliances as laid out to the management and other identified stakeholders, generation of MIS & management summary report
Main Responsibilities:
- The right candidate for this position will have extensive experience in working in process oriented automated work -flow driven organization, an eye for detail and penchant for micro-tracking with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior working on SAP / HANA and other similar system is preferred.
- He should be self-starter, have flair for Order Management /Governance and:
- Capable of working in complex, multi-disciplinary environment through the entire lifecycle of Projects including Initiation / Execution / Tracking and reporting / Sign-off / Financials, Quality/Time/Cost controls and Signoff/closure.
- To Work independently and collaboratively with other stakeholders
- Have an understanding of standard practices in the Design/Construction industry & on SAP/simillar systems along with associated documentation and contracting.
- Preferred having experience of working in data-center/construction industry
