Role Summary :

As a Salesforce OMS Lead Developer, he/she will be part of a collaborative project team, responsible for understanding business requirements, development, reviewing code, writing unit test scenarios and fixing defects for in-use modules/applications.

He/she will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leading the team towards successfully delivering projects along with keeping the team motivated.

He/she will leverage a number of proprietary and standard/tools and will be primarily responsible to provide support in effort estimation on tasks, develop and maintain code for various SF applications, administer change requests, reviewing code, unit-test and resolving any defects in the system along with support in developing technical documents for the assigned project.

Key Qualifications :

- 6+ years' of experience performing relevant engineering job functions, preferably in the eCommerce space.

- Experience Working on Salesforce OMS and OCI.

- Apex/SOQL/REST Web services coding hands-on experience.

- Lightning experience is a must (Aura and Lightning Web Components).

- Working knowledge of technologies like AJAX, JQuery and JSON.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them.

- Experience with custom integration, Salesforce Sites and API Calls.

- Experience with salesforce governor limits, licensing and best practices.

- Familiar with Identity, SAML, and Salesforce cross-cloud integrations.

- Good Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and experience with multiple Salesforce products: Service Cloud,Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Mulesoft.

- Scratch org development and source driven development in the SFDC context.

- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java,Spring, SQL, GitHub, CI/CD, Eclipse IDEs, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS is highly desirable.

- Solid experience in architecture/design and implementation of high performing, highly scalable, and customer-facing websites/applications.

- Demonstrated Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills, including deep knowledge of statistical analysis,Excel, SQL, and/or other analytical techniques.

- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- A master's degree may be preferred.

Role Description :

- Translate and process business requirements to technical solutions for the Engineering team.

- Design and build scalable solutions on the Salesforce eCommerce and Core platforms.

- Provide technical leadership for multi-year, cross-team initiatives with a high degree of ambiguity, complexity, and risk that must be executed in phases.

- Build a strong team culture through collaboration, and leading by example to establish best practices and elevate your teammates.

- Perform code reviews to ensure changes adhere to best practices, standards and performance limits.

- Deliver customer value by meeting and exceeding launch deadlines, optimizing feature sets, and helping craft the product roadmap.

- Work with internal stakeholders like L2,L3,DevOps,Product Management to get the quick and right solutions.
