JOB DESCRIPTION

Position- Structural Design Engineer/ Manager Qualifications- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a closely related field Experience - Min. 1 year Must know STAAD Pro and AutoCAD Required Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Staad Pro, SketchUp and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of structural codes and regulations about solar installations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead and oversee all aspects of structural design for assigned solar projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and project objectives. 2. Leverage your expertise to develop innovative and cost-effective structural design solutions while adhering to established engineering practices. 3. Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and financing partners. 4. Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently, fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes quality and efficiency. 5. Stay abreast of industry advancements and technological innovations in the solar energy sector.
