Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for managing and enhancing the brands image, increasing brand awareness, and driving the growth and success of the brand. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the brand's identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals.

Ensure consistent messaging and representation across all channels.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Campaign Management:

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Ensure campaigns effectively communicate the brands value proposition and objectives

.

Product and Service Alignment:

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products and services align with the brand identity.

Provide insights on product positioning and market fit.

Brand Identity and Guidelines:

Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design, messaging, and tone.

Monitor adherence to brand standards across all departments and external partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to drive brand initiatives.

Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and influencers.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives.

Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on brand performance and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5+ years) in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Knowledge of consumer psychology and branding trends.
• Familiarity with graphic design software and tools is a plus.
• Leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
