Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the salon division's business.
- Identify and acquire potential clients, including salon owners, beauty professionals, and distributors.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and increase market share.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide insights to marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with salon owners, franchisees, and partners.
- Conduct client presentations and negotiations to secure deals.
- Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing support and effective issue resolution.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the salon division's products and services, including haircare, skincare, and professional tools.
- Train and educate salon professionals on product benefits and usage.
- Represent the brand at industry events, workshops, and trade shows.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, client retention, and new business acquisition.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the beauty, salon, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the salon and beauty industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in market research and data analysis.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed
