Position Overview:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within our staffing division.
- This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and expanding our market presence.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the staffing industry and a passion for building relationships and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry, including targeting potential clients across various sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, including market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong network of potential clients and industry contacts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, marketing) to ensure client needs are met and business development efforts align with company objectives.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales activities, opportunities, and revenue performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions, talent acquisition, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to business development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
