Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our accounting and taxation skill development courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, increasing market reach, and building strong relationships with potential students, institutes, and local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Admissions:

Identify and approach potential students through various channels (cold calls, visits, emails, etc.).

Counsel students about the course benefits, curriculum, and career prospects.

Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.

Distribute brochures, organize seminars/webinars, and participate in local events and exhibitions.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure effective online promotion.

3. Networking:

Build relationships with colleges, coaching centers, and local businesses for potential collaborations.

Maintain good relationships with enrolled students for referrals and feedback.

4. Market Research:

Understand local market trends, competitors, and student needs.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing strategies.

5. Other Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Address queries and concerns from prospective and existing students.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the education/training sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven personality.
• Knowledge of the local market and fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
