Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the company and implementation of the Business plan, which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up.Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and market trends. Set measurable marketing goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead Generation & Sales Support: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing). Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and close deals. Content Creation & Marketing: Create high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, articles, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials. Manage the company's website and social media presence. Develop and maintain strong brand identity and messaging. Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and on-site coordination. Marketing Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI). Prepare regular marketing reports and present findings to management.
