Role & Responsibilities as Internal Auditor

• To plan, organize & carry out the internal audit assignments as per the requirements of the organization
• To provide assurance on the adequacy, appropriateness & effectiveness of the internal control environment & risk management framework
• To provide recommendations on the systems, procedures, cost control measures, report on the findings, recommendations, monitor management response & implementation
• To keep posted management & audit committee through internal audit MIS & review meetings

Partner at Corporate Level for a rapidly progressing Chartered Accountants firm

• To head compliance division
• Technical expertise in Direct Tax, GST, Statutory Audit, Company Secretarial Work
• Leadership capabiities must to lead branch partners & team
• Ability to develop new business & maintain client relations
• Stability to remain in partnership for lifelong
• Qualified as Chartered Accountant and or Company Secretary
• 5 years of experience as a Partner in Mid Size Firm
• Flexible to travel across the locations
