Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team fulltime. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success
Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum Experience Required
- For Freshers: 3 Months Training in we'll Known Institute or Min 2 Months Work Experience or Internship
- For Experienced: 1 year of sales & marketing experience in IT company
