Job Summary:


The Total Rewards Specialist will assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that employees have a positive experience with their total rewards package. This role provides critical support to the Total Rewards team in managing data, conducting analyses, and communicating with employees about their benefits and compensation.


The Total Rewards Specialist will work closely with the HR team and external providers to support the company's efforts in creating a competitive, fair, and engaging total rewards experience.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Compensation Strategy & Design:

  • Assist in the administration of salary reviews and pay changes.
  • Maintain compensation data and ensure that it is accurate and up to date in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Prepare reports related to employee compensation and assist with compensation analysis as needed.

2. Benefits Management:

  • Assist in managing benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide support to employees by answering benefits-related questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Track and administer open enrollment processes for benefits programs.

3. Rewards & Recognition Programs:

  • Support the coordination of employee recognition programs, such as reward initiatives, gift cards, or team celebrations.
  • Assist in organizing employee incentive programs (e.g., spot bonuses or recognition awards).
  • Track participation in recognition programs and gather feedback to improve effectiveness.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Update and maintain records for employee compensation, benefits, and rewards in HR systems.
  • Generate reports on compensation trends, benefits participation, and employee feedback as requested by the Total Rewards team.
  • Assist in preparing compensation surveys and benchmarking data for market analysis.

5. Employee Communication:

  • Assist with the creation of materials and communication about compensation and benefits programs (e.g., benefits guides, email communications).
  • Help answer employee inquiries regarding benefits options and compensation policies, ensuring clear and timely responses.

6. Compliance Support:

  • Ensure that all documentation related to compensation, benefits, and rewards is maintained in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports and audits for compensation and benefits plans.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in human resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefit plan administration, and performance based reward programs.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and compensation management software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and senior leadership.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with India compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
