Factory Manager

Must haves

• Be familiar in mold design, manufacturing and finshing procedures
• Be capable of reading mold mechanical drawings.
• Should have knowledge of different types of manufacturig processes, materials and plastics

Job Description

• Assist Tooling factory with technical support and troubleshooting to meet the delivery date and quality
• Monitors processes to support the production parameters within specifications
• Complete end to end asset managemnet
• Ensure that the quality of the product is same/better batch on batch
• To find out optimisation at each step; delivering quality to the customer and cost saving to the company
• Complete Vendor Management: capacity enahncements, timely deliveries, issue resolution etc
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Knowldege of Toys BIS is an added advantage
