Real Estate: We are into commercial leasing to corporate giants, we have our own IT Park based out at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

BPO-Strong workforce of about 2000 people servicing to Life Insurance Clients as major.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.

- Advise on strategic financial decisions related to mergers and acquisitions, investments, and capital raising.

Accounting & Reporting:

- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

- Manage the financial close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Treasury Management:

- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.

- Oversee banking relationships and ensure adequate liquidity.

- Manage foreign exchange risk and implement hedging strategies as needed.

Tax:

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws.

- Manage tax audits and minimize tax liabilities.

Profile & Role of the Candidate:

- Candidate should be graduate in any stream (MBA in Finance is not considered, CA preferred).

- Candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Accounts.

- Real Estate experience is mandatory (Commercial preferred).

- This position will be AGM/DGM/GM Directors.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in General Accounts, specifically from Real Estate (Commercial) background.
