Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Franchisee Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential franchise leads, explaining the franchise model, and persuading them to schedule appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential franchisees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads and introduce them to our business model.
• Explain the franchise opportunity, benefits, and requirements to prospective leads.
• Persuade leads to schedule appointments with the Franchise Development team.
• Handle franchisee lead inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential franchisees and address their concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Generate reports and documentation based on lead interactions and progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential franchisees.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to persuade leads effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
