Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and support the team in client interactions.
- Monitor CRM data to ensure accurate records and follow-up on customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and implement improvements.
- Ability to mentor and develop a team to reach its full potential.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
