- The Sales Lead plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- This role requires a combination of strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and qualifying leads, and effectively presenting and closing deals.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e. , cold calling, networking, online research, referrals).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct market research and identify potential target accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Effectively present and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Understand customer needs and proactively address their concerns.
- Track sales activities and performance using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve common goals.
- Share best practices and knowledge within the sales team.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
