Job Description

Team Overview

The Talent Acquisition team at EquiLend is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to join our efforts in recruiting top-tier technical talent. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring for key technical positions, including software engineers and IT specialists, for our business and technical teams primarily in our Bengaluru, Chandigarh and Pune offices as well as globally as needed.

Role Responsibilities

  • Recruit top-tier technical talent globally for Fintech and Financial Services teams, covering positions in software engineering, quality assurance, IT, and non-technical roles when necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to identify hiring needs, design efficient interview processes, and implement best practices. This includes working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Act as a culture advocate, representing our values to prospective candidates and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor, assess, and refine recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offering, with a focus on achieving high offer-to-acceptance and offer-to-start ratios.
  • Source talent using a variety of channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and other platforms.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing insights on market trends and recruitment strategies to drive alignment.
  • Lead and manage campus recruitment initiatives, engaging with universities and traveling for career fairs and events as needed.
  • Maintain and update records within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with global recruitment teams to ensure consistent and high-quality candidate experiences across all hiring efforts.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on hiring in the Fintech, Financial Services, or similar sectors.
  • Proven success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles, particularly in software engineering and IT.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of working across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong experience in interview process design and implementing process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prior experience in campus recruitment, with the willingness to travel for university events and career fairs.
  • Data-driven, with a proven ability to leverage insights to guide recruitment decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to take ideas from inception to execution.
