Property Management Executive

Role Overview:

The Dedicated Property Manager represents Stonehill Property Management within a residential society, overseeing rental, sales, and property management activities while coordinating with vendors for services managed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor rentals & sales within the society and provide updates to Stonehill.
• Assist homeowners & tenants with property management services.
• Coordinate with vendors for society-related services handled by Stonehill.
• Engage with the society committee & residents to promote Stonehills offerings.
• Facilitate events & services managed by Stonehill within the society.

Required Skills:

✔ Strong communication & relationship management skills.
✔ Knowledge of real estate rentals, sales, and property management.
✔ Ability to coordinate vendors & liaise with society committees.
✔ Experience with real estate software & reporting tools is a plus.
