Photographer ( Real Estate)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in real estate photography and a keen eye for capturing the best angles, lighting, and composition to showcase properties effectively. The role involves photographing residential and commercial properties, editing images, and collaborating with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography:

• Capture high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize proper lighting techniques to enhance the visual appeal of properties.
• Use drones or 360-degree cameras for virtual tours, if applicable.

Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit and enhance photos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Ensure images are optimized for various platforms, including websites and social media.

Client Coordination & Scheduling:

• Work closely with real estate agents, property owners, and marketing teams to schedule shoots.
• Ensure all shots align with client expectations and branding guidelines.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Stay updated on the latest photography techniques and tools to improve quality.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate photography.
• A strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography work.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in photography and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Experience with drone photography and videography is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and composition.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
