Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
CRM Management : Accurately update and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Feedback : Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products/services and sales processes.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and share insights.
Requirement Profile : Qualification Bachelor s Degree Experience
Freshers Skills : Sets Stock Market Knowledge, Telesales, CRM, Tech Savvy, Excel, Microsoft 365 is cherry on a cake. Any other requirements Regional Language is Must (Hindi, English)
