Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
    Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Wooden Street\u2019s diverse range of products and fostering new business relationships.
  • CRM Utilization & Follow-Ups:
    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous engagement with prospects using CRM software.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work effectively within a dynamic team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting team success.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Provide exceptional service with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
    Other Duties:
