Position Title
Manager - CEO office
Position Summary
Monitor Operational and Financial Performance of the Business Units
Be part of Business Review Meetings (Bs. Excellence) & Org. related goal meetings (OKRs)
Formulate the CEO s agenda, establish Information flow and process across the BU and its segments
Develop and monitor key business performance metrics and analyses them to gather insights for decision making
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Drive the business planning exercise for the next Financial Year
Validate assumptions, reforecast targets and design action plans to achieve goals
Support and coordinate with the Business Planning team
Position Demands
Analyse the cost of each action to be taken during a process to predict the viability of the process to be implemented in our system
Understand the external macroeconomic factors and incorporate them accordingly in the decision-making process
Undertake special projects identified at the CEOlevel. E.g. Execution Excellence initiatives
