Job Description
Position Title
Manager - Coordination & Planning
Position Summary
Subject position reports directly to the Mechanization Head.
To monitor end to end planning and project execution in alignment & coordination with project team and EPC.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Mechanization projects initiation, planning and implementation, dependency management, change management, supply scheduling and coordination and reporting.
- Identify mechanization risks at planning and implementation stage. Actively participate and support project head for risk mitigation plans and implementation of same at execution level.
- Track and control of work orders, material supply, interaction with Supply Chain Team along with EPC.
- Close monitoring and tracking of all mechanization initiatives, identification of lags, value stream mapping.
- Creation of project dashboards in Power BI, planning via Microsoft Projects.
- Tracking EPCs/partners invoices and payments, maintain invoice and payment tracker and release as and when required.
- Drive QHSE score and encourage teams for adherence to best QHSE practices as per SPTL s FQP.

- 6 ~ 10 years of experience

- Worked on large scale capital projects
- BE (Core branch)
