Company Secretary

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Company Secretary with specialized training in listed company compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to corporate regulations and supporting the company's legal and compliance requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with practical training to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of documents related to company compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely filings with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Stock Exchanges, and SEBI.
• Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes of board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings.
• Support the preparation of annual reports, financial statements, and other compliance reports as required by listed company standards.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance practices and assist in compliance with listing agreements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth company secretarial functions.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations applicable to listed companies.

Requirements:

• Experienced qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
• Completed training or internship in listed company compliance.
• Good understanding of corporate governance and SEBI regulations.
• Proficient in drafting resolutions, minutes, and other compliance documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
