Company Secretary Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

1 Secretarial and Corporate Governance:

• Assist in maintaining and updating statutory registers, books, and records as required under the Companies Act.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance norms and facilitate necessary filings with authorities like the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and SEBI.
• Stock exchange work.

2. Compliance Management:

• 2 Ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other regulatory forms with the RoC and other authorities under the Companies Act, other applicable regulations.
• Keep track of compliance deadlines and report any non-compliance issues to senior management.
  
  

3. Legal Filings and Documentation:

• Prepare and file forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) related to changes in corporate structure, shareholding, management, etc.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as board resolutions, agreements, and other corporate filings.
