Executive - Supply Growth Acquisition

Your Role

As an Executive for Supply Growth Acquisition, you will support StayVistas portfolio expansion by identifying and onboarding high-quality properties that align with our brand standards. Your role will involve driving supply growth in designated regions, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth integration process. This is a hands-on role requiring strong relationship management and organisational skills to meet StayVistas growth objectives.

About You

• Identify potential properties that align with StayVistas quality and operational standards.
• Conduct market research to analyse acquisition opportunities and identify emerging trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and other stakeholders to secure new properties.
• Assist in negotiating terms and agreements with property owners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and marketing, to facilitate property onboarding.
• Support the monitoring of newly acquired properties to ensure they meet StayVistas operational benchmarks.
• Provide regular updates on acquisition activities and assist in preparing reports for management.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, or a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
