Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Salesforce, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design:
  Design scalable, high-performing, and secure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Technical Leadership:
  Serve as a technical lead on Salesforce implementations, guiding developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Solution Development:
  Define end-to-end architecture, including integrations with third-party applications, custom solutions, and data migration strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process improvements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Governance:
  Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines for Salesforce development.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration frameworks.
• Team Mentorship:
  Mentor and coach junior developers and administrators to build internal Salesforce expertise.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 3 years of presales experience in salesforce and related solutioning.
• Good experience in architecture design and knowledge should not be limited to products but also good in Platform and Solutions.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred).
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for large-scale enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and integration tools like MuleSoft or REST APIs.
• Experience in data migration, data modeling, and Salesforce security best practices.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Experience working with global teams and multi-cloud environments.
