Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain management information systems (MIS) to support business operations.
• Gather, process, and analyze data to generate meaningful reports for internal departments, senior management, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for any MIS-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing) to understand business needs and ensure alignment with system functionalities.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all data within MIS.
• Perform regular updates and system maintenance to ensure that all software is up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Assist in the creation of business intelligence tools and processes for improved data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain and monitor database systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of stored data.
• Ensure the proper backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on utilizing MIS systems effectively.
• Prepare technical documentation for MIS-related processes and system configurations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification- Graduate
• Should have 1-3 years experience in MIS
