Training Manager and Quality

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  
• Develop training plans, programs, and materials based on identified needs.
  
• Deliver high-quality trainings through various methods such as classroom instruction, online courses, or on-the-job training.
  
• Manage the entire training process from planning to evaluation, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Training & Quality.
  
• Strong understanding of TNA, TNI, TTT, Train the Trainer, Improvement Plan, Quality Management, Critical Thinking, Needs Assessment, and Quality Assurance Methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Candidate should speak or understand Bengali language.

BPO Experience is required.

Outbound sales exp is must.
