Title : Product Manager - Incentive Platform

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the planning and development of an incentive platform in collaboration with our technology team. This role will focus on creating a robust system that enhances incentive modeling and gamication features for a large outbound sales team, ensuring alignment between product strategy and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Platform Strategy Development: Dene the vision and roadmap for the incentive platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and enhances sales performance.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Full Stack Engineers to integrate technical requirements into product features, ensuring seamless functionality between frontend and backend systems.

● Incentive Modeling: Design and implement incentive structures that motivate sales teams, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance.

● User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive user interface that enhances engagement and usability for sales callers.

● Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the incentive platform, analyzing data to inform ongoing improvements.

● Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on product goals.

● Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing product development and positioning strategies.

Qualifications:

● Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related eld; MBA preferred.

● Proven experience in product management, particularly in developing incentive or gamication platforms.

● Strong understanding of technology and experience collaborating with engineering teams.

● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Preferred Skills:

● Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

● Experience in sales or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

● Knowledge of incentive structures and gamication principles.
