Technical Sales Manager


Job Description:


- Technical Product line Understanding.

- Understanding customer's requirement and position solution.

- Prepare detailed estimates for different projects.

- Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work.

- Giving demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services and understand products/services.

- To design solution, make solution presentation and present it to customer.

- Hardware Selection, BOM, System layout, Solution write-up, service effort estimation, third party component and services estimation for proposal.

- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.

- Supporting other members of the sales team by training them in the uses of products/services.

- Providing timely response to the customer.

- Additionally, should have competitor's product knowledge for effective pitch to customers.

- Preparing funnel and providing accurate business forecast.

- Increasing profit margin for business.

- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

- Establishing good relationship with all SI and OEM.

- Ensuring that sales targets are met.

- Working towards turkey project business.

- Business Development.

- Lead Generation.

- Early engagement in customer requirement.

- Achieving Product vertical Quarterly & Annual targets.

- Customer Satisfaction.

- Taking regular feedback from the customers.

- Providing timely response to the customer as per predetermined TAT of 24 Hr.

- Coordination with sales, marketing, and proposal team.

- Data Management & Preparation.

- Updating data in Xinfo ERP timely.

- Preparing Case studies.

- Preparing Contents for Sales Guides, Whitepapers, Presentations, Brochures.

- Proper opportunity update.

- Business Forecast and business reports.

- Preparing SWOT analysis of Competitive products in market.
