Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SDR team to generate and qualify leads exclusively for the US market, ensuring alignment with the region's unique outreach and sales dynamics.
- Develop and implement tailored outreach strategies leveraging email campaigns, social media (especially LinkedIn), and cold calling techniques suited to the US audience.
- Conduct market research to deepen the understanding of US-based prospects and optimize lead qualification processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) specific to the US market and ensure effective targeting.
- Analyze SDR team performance and market engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with US business goals.
- Use HubSpot CRM to monitor lead generation activities, manage pipelines, and provide actionable insights for the US region.
- Recruit, train, and mentor SDRs to excel in engaging with US-based prospects, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive consistent pipeline growth by staying informed about US-specific industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Partner with sales executives to ensure seamless transitions from lead qualification to closing deals, maintaining focus on US clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR Manager role, with proven success in managing outreach to the US market.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and qualification targets in prior roles.
- Extensive experience using HubSpot CRM for managing sales pipelines and generating reports is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of lead generation strategies tailored to US market dynamics, including cultural nuances and buying behaviors.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop SDRs into top performers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback and data insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with US-based prospects.
- Preferred: Experience working in the manufacturing, export, or wholesale segments and engaging with US-based clients.
