Management Information System Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a MIS Executive (Female) with advanced proficiency in MS Excel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency by preparing accurate and timely data reports, analyzing trends, and offering insights to support business decisions. This role demands attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis:

• Gather, compile, and analyze data from different departments to prepare MIS reports.
• Create and maintain accurate, real-time dashboards using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Monitor business performance metrics and identify trends or anomalies in data.

Advanced Excel Reporting:

• Prepare advanced data reports, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, macros, conditional formatting, and other advanced MS Excel functions.
• Develop, manage, and automate Excel-based reporting tools to track key business performance indicators.

Reporting:

• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per business needs.
• Share insights and recommendations based on historical data and trend analysis to help improve decision-making.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Coordinate with different departments to collect necessary data and provide insights.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure seamless data flow and support operational planning.

Database Management:

• Maintain and update master databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve them in collaboration with teams across the organization.

Process Improvement:

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data collection methods.
• Implement efficient reporting techniques to reduce time spent on data extraction and formatting.

Support Decision-Making:

• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership and operational managers.
• Support financial, operational, and strategic decisions by providing timely, accurate insights.

Must have skills & Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or administrative support.
• Prior experience using MS Excel at an advanced level (working with large data sets, macros, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) is mandatory.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, macros, conditional formatting, data visualization, etc.).
• Proficiency in other reporting tools or software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
