Motion Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer & Animator to join our dynamic Creative Media Team. This individual will play a key role in bringing the visual narrative of Srivaru Motors to life through captivating video and animation content. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging videos, motion graphics, and animations for various marketing and brand-building purposes across digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production & Editing: Create and edit high-quality videos, including promotional videos, product demos, brand storytelling, and customer testimonials.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and produce visually appealing animations and motion graphics that complement video content and reinforce brand messaging. This includes creating transitions, lower thirds, intro/outro animations, and product animations.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects that align with the company's mission, vision, and marketing goals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all video and animation content aligns with Srivaru Motors brand identity, maintaining consistency in design, color, and tone.
• Social Media Content: Produce engaging video content for social media platforms, including short-form content (such as reels, stories, and ads) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and leadership teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
• Post-Production: Handle all post-production tasks including sound design, color correction, visual effects (VFX), and rendering for final output.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest video and animation trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Srivaru Motors content is cutting-edge and innovative.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in video production, animation, and graphic design.
• Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in video creation, animation, and motion graphics (please share links to your portfolio or previous work).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Expertise in animation and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creative direction.
• Knowledge of video compression, formats, and delivery for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on visual aesthetics and quality.
• Soft Skills:
• Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and experiment with new design concepts.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience working in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus.
