MES Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MES Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting, with expertise in advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI. This role is designed for individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are passionate about handling large data sets and generating meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MES (Manufacturing Execution System) reports and dashboards using advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI.
• Manage and manipulate large data sets to create accurate, timely, and insightful reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports and visualizations.
• Perform data analysis, ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data presented in reports.
• Create and automate data extraction and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integrity or report generation.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from various business units.

Key Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Expertise in VBA and Power Query for data automation and manipulation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying large databases and extracting relevant information.
• Experience with Power BI for creating dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Ability to work with large data sets and perform data cleaning and transformation tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate with experience in the Manufacturing or MES environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of other reporting tools or data visualization platforms is an advantage.
