Customer Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

* Greet the customer with Namaste

* Check whether the customer wants to see gold or diamond jewelry and guide them accordingly
to the respective counter

* Stay with the customer till the end

* Help the customer for trying on jewelry as per SOP

* Keep the customer engaged and also use any opportunity to get references and more data for

future sale - depending on the comfort level of the customer.

* Depending on the time of the day, serve beverages/ snacks/ lunch/ dinner to the customer

Preferred candidate profile

• Under Graduate/Graduation
• Good knowledge of Gold and Diamond jewellery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Telugu and Hindi languages
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
