Customer Relation Executive/ Senior Customer Relations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to Gold Loans, Debentures, Life Insurance, Branch Operations, and Customer Handling.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software (CRE).
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Gold Loan, Debentures, Life Insurance products and processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling over phone calls.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
