Assistant Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee gold loan disbursement process, including appraisal, documentation, and collection procedures.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase debenture sales revenue growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Branch Management or related field (ABM).
  
• Strong knowledge of Gold Loans, Debentures, Sales, and Branch Management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
